I am an 80-year-old male, fairly healthy (well, still above ground). I started taking one 20:10 Sour Strawberry Peach gummie at about 8:00 pm when I pulled a groin muscle last year and could not get comfortable to sleep; I have continued since recovering. It kicks in after about 2 hours and I get a good night's sleep without peeing (maybe it calms my bladder, too). I find no difference in its effects if I also have some Bourbon, which is about half the time. I have not been a smoker...
